Amiati performed Deux années: 1870/1871, a song about the effects of the Franco-Prussian war, at the café-concert Eldorado. In this strophic song, the expressive vocal line captures first the happy couple, then the mourning widow and suffering children. Other songs in Amiati’s repertoire include Le clarion and Pauvre mère d’Alsace, in which Amiati embodied a young Alsatian woman to describe the harsh restrictions Germans placed on French citizens.

C’est au café-concert Eldorado qu’Amiati a interprété Deux années : 1870/1871, une chanson sur les conséquences de la guerre franco-prussienne. Dans cette chanson, la mélodie expressive, de forme strophique, évoque d’abord un couple heureux, puis une veuve et enfin des enfants qui souffrent. Deux autres pièces du répertoire d’Amiati sont Le clairon et Pauvre mère d’Alsace ; dans cette dernière la chanteuse incarne une jeune alsacienne pour décrire les contraintes sévères imposées aux citoyens français par les Allemands.
