A typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to William Bentley, Secretary and Bursar at McGill University. In the letter Dr. Penfield explains that he has attached a statement which he had prepared for Mr. Ross, Deputy Minister of the Department of National Defence, and that the statement outlines the handling of funds for scientific as well as clinical activities at the Montreal Neurological Institute. The letter is dated April 2, 1945.
