Description:
This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Jonathan Campbell Meakins. In the letter Dr. Penfield explains that he had enclosed a proposal to the Department of Pensions and National Health for the expansion of the Montreal Neurological Institute which would be dedicated to treating military personnel. Penfield requests that Dr. Meakins examine the proposal and inquires whether it is necessary to consult McGill University in the negotiations. The letter is dated May 20, 1942.
