Robert Hawker (1753-1827) was an Oxford-educated English surgeon, priest, and author who wrote a commentary on the Bible, sermons, and other religious works. Though he originally trained as a surgeon, he spent the majority of his career as a vicar of the parish of Charles the Martyr, near Plymouth.
