Description:
This is a typewritten letter from Edward Archibald to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Archibald encourages Penfield to make purchases to furnish his library and his laboratory at McGill University. He has enclosed a cheque for five hundred dollars from Mrs. Reford. Archibald informs him that any deficit in budget can be made up with forwarded credit from the University. He then discusses the progress that William Vernon Cone has made in London and the issue of housing for Penfield upon his arrival in Montreal. This letter is dated August 9, 1928.
