A typewritten letter from Dr. Charles F. Martin, Dean of McGill’s Faculty of Medicine, to Dr. Wilder Penfield. In the letter Dr. Martin reports that he has received word from the university’s Comptroller that $5,000 has been appropriated for Penfield's budget of the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery. The letter is dated November 10, 1931.
