This is a typewritten letter from Professor J. Simpson of McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine to A.P.S. Glassco, Bursar of McGill University. In the letter Dr. Simpson discusses the details of the budget for the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery. Specifically, he outlines how the existing over-expenditure of the department should be corrected and how such overspending can be avoided in the future.
