Letter from Wilder Penfield to Barnet Phillips, March 16, 1934.

This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Barnet Phillips. In the letter Penfield states that he likes the sketches of the Aries ram made by Phillips for the ceiling of the Montreal Neurological Institute foyer. He also discusses the progress of the statue for the foyer being created in Paris. This is presumably the statue of La Nature se dévoilant devant la Science, and Penfield wonders if the patina of the Carrara marble will affect the foyer’s colour scheme. The letter is dated March 16, 1934.
