Stengel writes updating Penfield regarding the funds available for building and endowment of a neurology program at University of Pennsylvania. He also mentioned Dr. Turnbull's [Medical Director of Philadelphia General Hospital] interest in having Penfield as chief of neurosurgery at the hospital.
