This is a handwritten letter from Alfred Newton Richards, of the University of Pennsylvania, to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Richards states that there is a possibility that the University of Pennsylvania will make Dr. Penfield an offer to move to Pennsylvania and establish a neurological institute in Philadelphia.
