Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Paul F. Myers. In his letter, Penfield describes a farm he and Helen have bought on Lake Memphramagog and their intentions to build a cottage there. He also describes another farm, "The Manning Place" that is for sale nearby, asking Paul if the idea of a cottage and farm on a lake is appealing to him at all. Penfield closes the letter sending his and Helen's love to Paul's wife Mae.
