Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Paul and Mae Myers dated July 16 1931. Penfield writes the news of his sister Ruth Inglis' recent passing and describes the last year of her life following several surgeries that considerably relieved many of her symptoms. He also inquires into the Myers' summer plans, inviting them to come to Memphramagog [a summer cottage], and mentions the possibility of the Myers' buying one of the cottages. Penfield mentions that he has received "a very attractive offer from the University of Pennsylvania" and that he sailing to Europe in mid-August.
