This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Dr. William Quinby of Peter Brent Brigham Hospital in Boston. The letter informs Dr. Quinby that Dr. Penfield will be moving to Montreal on September 1, 1928 since McGill University and the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) had met most of the demands Dr. Penfield had made in order for him to agree to take over neurosurgery at the RVH. Dr. Penfield also explains that he and his family were planning to go to Breslau, Germany until the beginning of his appointment in Montreal. This letter was written on March 5, 1928.
