Anderson (of the law firm Chandler Parsons Anderson), Commissioner of the American and German Mixed Claims Commission. Myers confirms the receipt of a notice sent to Myers' client, Wilder Penfield, from the Mixed Claims Commission regarding "the statutory prohibition and regulation of attorneys' fees.” The purpose of Myers letter is to advise the Mixed Claim Commission "as a matter of record" that the care and services rendered to Wilder Penfield are being offered for free due to a close personal friendship between Myers and Penfield.
