A handwritten letter from "Dave" to "Helen" regarding a "lady visitor" that Wilder Penfield received whilst at Dover Hospital. It also goes into short detail about a visit Dave made to Wilder and Helen. The "Helen" in this letter is presumed to be Helen Kermott Penfield. The "Dave" may be Wilburt C. Davison, as indicated by the letterhead. It is dated September 21st, 1943.
