The the image’s caption identifies the baby as Francis Hall Jr. and indicates that it was taken in 1924. The child’s father, Dr. Francis Hall, was a friend of Wilder Penfield’s from their time as undergraduates at Princeton University. The photograph is from page 71 of Wilder Penfield's 1919-1927 album.
