A black and white photograph of Wilder Penfield Jr. playing with a large tire in the water. He is wearing a bathing suit at the beach of a lake or river. The photograph was taken while the Penfields were camping at a site they had named “Camp ‘Re-creation” from August 5 to September 5, 1923. This is the first image on page 69 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
