Description:
A black and white photograph of a house on a hill from the perspective of a river. Reeds can be seen in the water close to the river’s bank. This photograph was taken during a sculling (rowing) trip from Oxford to London which Dr. and Mrs. Penfield took with Dr. Gordon Holmes and Dr. Rosalie Jobson Holmes from May 14 to 16, 1921. It is the sixth photograph from page 43 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
