Description:
A black and white photograph of what appears to be the River Thames. The image is very dark and either underexposed or was taken in low light. The photograph was taken during a sculling (rowing) trip from Oxford to London which Dr. and Mrs. Penfield took with Dr. Gordon Holmes and Dr. Rosalie Jobson Holmes from May 14 to 16, 1921. This is the third photograph from page 43 in the 1919 - 1927 photo album by Wilder Penfield.
