A black and white photograph of Helen Kermott Penfield, Dr. Gordon Holmes and Dr. Rosalie Jobson Holmes topping for tea on the bank of the River Thames. The photograph was taken during a sculling (rowing) trip from Oxford to London which Dr. and Mrs. Penfield took with the Holmes from May 14 to 16, 1921. This is the first photograph from page 43 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
