Description:
This is a handwritten list of what appears to be facts, figures, and calculations which Dr. Penfield employs in a separate letter to McGill University’s Principal, Frank Cyril James, that is dated July 13, 1944. The items in the list concern the patient capacity, laboratories, and other facilities at the Montreal Neurological Institute; the extent to which these need to be increased to meet the growing numbers of civilian and military patients; the extent to which various governments and the military rely upon the institute to treat the public; and the extent to which those governments and the military financially support the institute.
