This is a typewritten letter from Donald McEachern to Wilder Penfield. In the letter, McEachern informs Penfield that he had yet to receive the Montreal Neurological Institute’s Military Annex plans from the institute’s architect, Harold Fetherstonhaugh. He then includes a number of revisions and suggestions for improving the construction of the Annex. The letter is dated July 25, 1944.
