This is a typewritten letter from Lieutenant Colonel T.D.K. Rooney to the Commanding Officer of the Montreal Neurological Institute. The letter indicates that it was accompanied by five certificates certifying that management of the Montreal Neurological Institute Army Annex was to be handed over to the institute as of 1200 hrs on May 21, 1945. Rooney asks for confirmation of this arrangement by having the certificates signed and returned to the Department of National Defence. The letter is dated May 19, 1945.
