Letter from T.D.K. Rooney to the Commanding Officer of the MNI, May 19, 1945.

This is a typewritten letter from Lieutenant Colonel T.D.K. Rooney to the Commanding Officer of the Montreal Neurological Institute. The letter indicates that it was accompanied by five certificates certifying that management of the Montreal Neurological Institute Army Annex was to be handed over to the institute as of 1200 hrs on May 21, 1945.
