Description:
Typewritten letter from Bill Stewart to Wilder Penfield. Stewart writes of a trip to Manchester where he and Arthur Childe spent time with Dr. Cone and Dr. Russel. He reports on the X-ray department's technology,and the loss of it's former doctor, Dr. Twining. Stewart writes news of Mr. Jefferson, and of going on rounds with Mr. Platt, where he saw "almost every description of war wound". He also writes of a visit to Holt Radium Institute where he observed their approaches to malignant brain tumor treatment. He ends the letter with some of his convictions in regards to the war.
