Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Bill Stewart. Penfield writes that he feels it is time for the United States to join the war, and that he has written an editorial for S.G. & O. trying to express this sentiment. He reports he has not seen Lucie [possibly Stewart's wife?] as he has been away. Penfield reports news of his family, and of the activities of some Stewarts' associates.
