Handwritten letter by Colin Russel, writing from London, to Wilder Penfield. Russel updates Penfield on the activities of those at the Basingstoke hospital, describes the English hospital administrative system, and sends news of common acquaintances, one in particular, John Beatty who spent some time fighting in France.
