A typewritten letter from Dr. Wilder Penfield to Dr. Frank Cyril James, McGill University’s Principal and Vice Chancellor. The letter lists a number of construction and outfitting tasks to be completed in order to open the Montreal Neurological Institute’s new Military Annex. Penfield stresses that the list is still incomplete because Dr. Robb and the Institute’s Nursing Supervisor, Miss Flanagan, are away. Penfield estimates the Annex will open in August. The letter is dated July 31, 1945.
