A typewritten letter on blue stationary from Dr. Frank Cyril James, McGill University’s Principal and Vice Chancellor, to Dr. Wilder Penfield. In the letter James asks Penfield to have relevant staff at the Montreal Neurological Institute look over an attached list of equipment which the government plans to supply for the institute. He also asks that Penfield make list of any outstanding equipment needs that may have to be purchased by the University. The letter is dated January 19, 1945.
