Letter and "Statistical Analysis of Fees" from John Kershman to Wilder Penfield, September 24, 1944.
Date:
1944-09-24
Description:
This is a typewritten letter and an enclosed document from John Kershman, Executive Assistant to the Director of the Montreal Neurological Institute, to Wilder Penfield. In the letter, Kershman explains that the enclosed document is an analysis of the fees paid for the care of military personnel at the Montreal Neurological Institute. The analysis appears to have been designed to help justify an argument that the federal government pay for an expansion of the MNI in order to allow the institute to care for wounded military personnel. The letter is dated September 24, 1944.
