Date:
1943-02-22
Description:
This is a typewritten letter from McGill University’s Principal and Vice-Chancellor, Frank Cyril James, to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Principal James writes that, after some delay, he had read the two reports which Dr. Penfield had prepared concerning patient crowding and the need for a wartime annex to the Montreal Neurological Institute. Believing the reports to make a convincing case, he informs Dr. Penfield that he will be attending a meeting in Ottawa, where he will discuss these matters further. This letter is dated February 22, 1943.
