Letter from Frank Cyril James to Jonathan Campbell Meakins, February 22, 1943.

This is a typewritten letter from Frank Cyril James to Jonathan Campbell Meakins, a Brigadier in the Department of National Defence and Dean of McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine. In the letter Principal James describes a report written by Wilder Penfield that details the situation at the Montreal Neurological Institute. He explains that has also sent a copy of the report to federal Minister of Pensions and National Health, Ian Mackenzie. James wishes to discuss this further with Meakins at their upcoming meeting.
