This is a typewritten report entitled “Explanatory note on the congestion in the Neurological Institute and the need for an extension for members of the armed forces.” The report offers reasons for the gradual increase of patients and how that has affected the MNI’s ability to diagnose and accept additional patients from the armed forces.
