This is a typewritten letter from J. Norman Petersen to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Petersen discusses the possibility of expanding the Montreal Neurological Institute to accommodate a military hospital. The expenses would be covered by the federal Department of Pensions and National Health (D.P.N.H.) and could prove a good opportunity for expansion. The letter is dated May 22, 1942.
