Bernhard Siegfried Albinus (1697-1770) was a German-born Dutch anatomist. He was a well-known professor of anatomy and surgery in Leiden, where he produced the monumental work "Tabulae sceleti et musculorum corporis humani", which included anatomical illustrations by the engraver Jan Wandelaar (1690-1759).
