Louis Bard (1857-1930) was a French anatomist and physiologist, who also worked in the field of neurology. He was chair of hygiene in Lyon, and professor of clinical medicine in Geneva and later, Strasbourg. He worked on diseases of the respiratory system, the vascular system, the gastro-intestinal tract and the kidneys as well as conditions of the heart.
