Photocopy of what is believed to be Wilder Penfield's first diagram of the proposed Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI). The sketch shows a six story building that would hold laboratories, offices, surgical wards, and an x-ray. At the top of the building there is an addition in which to house animals. A taller tower to the right of the building would contain patient quarters.
