This is a typewritten letter an attached report from the secretary of Wilder Penfield to Charles F. Martin. In the letter the secretary explains that the enclosed report concerns postoperative mortality for procedures carried out by Dr. Penfield’s neurosurgical department. The report also gives an itemized description of the expenses in the department. The letter is dated June 17, 1931.
