This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Charles F. Martin dated January 27, 1930. The letter was written at the request of Dr. Archibald and serves as a report to Dr. Martin, the Dean of Medicine, of the details and progress of Dr. Penfield’s neurological research. In particular, after outlining the work of his Chief of the Laboratory of Neuropathology, Dr. William Cone, Dr. Penfield explains the details of his experimental epilepsy research on both cats and monkeys at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
