This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Sir Henry Dale of the Wellcome Trust. In the letter Penfield states his intention to create a funded exchange between British Institutions and the Montreal Neurological Institution. His reasoning is to create a lasting connection between British and North American neurology. He then offers a number of individuals on both sides that may benefit from such a program. The letter is dated August 13, 1959.
