Typewritten letter from Theodore Rasmussen of the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI), to Bernard Berelson of the Ford Foundation Behaviour Sciences Program, in regards to his and Wilder Penfield's proposal for funding. Rasmussen invites members of the Ford Foundation Advisory group to visit the MNI, as well as volunteers himself or Penfield to meet with the group in New York to discuss the application further. He writes that he has enclosed
seven more copies of the proposal and eight cover letters from Dean D.L. Thomson.
