Letter from Wilder Penfield to Robert S. Morison, October 17, 1952.
Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Robert S. Morison of the Rockefeller Foundation (RF). Penfield inquires as to whether the RF would consider funding a three to five year research project examining the "Temporal Cortex in the Field of the Intellect." He states that the project would require full-time salaries for a neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist, and a secretary. Penfield ends his letter expressing the Montreal Neurological Institute's gratitude for all the support it has received from the RF in the past 20 years.
