Description:
Handwritten letter from Alan Gregg, officer of the Rockefeller Foundation (RF), to Wilder Penfield. Gregg reassures Penfield that it is not his personal responsibility, but [McGill] University's responsibility to ensure that the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) and the Province of Quebec fulfill their obligations to the RF. He assures Penfield that the RF would not withdraw its' funding, and that the Foundation has full confidence in McGill University and Penfields' professionalism. He thanks the Penfields for their invitation to the Farm, but says that he and his family will not have a chance to leave town this summer. Gregg ends by expressing the hope that his letter relives Penfield's worries completely.
