Copy of a typewritten memo regarding the proposed bridge that would connect the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) to the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH). The memo identifies rooms and areas in the RVH, as well as exterior elements such as roadways, in particular University Avenue, that would be affected by construction of the bridge. Dimensions and Measurements of the bridge and its' affect are included as well.
