Description:
Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to C.F. Martin. Penfield writes that he is sending Martin the same outline of the "bridge situation" [constructing a bridge connecting the Montreal Neurological Institute and the Royal Victoria Hospital] that he submitted to W.R. Chenoweth for the next board meeting. Penfield emphasizes the importance of the bridge and expresses his uncertainty in how to communicate the necessity that it is carried out as originally planned.
