Typewritten letter from Barnet Phillips to Wilder Penfield regarding the ceiling design of the reception room of the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI). Phillips describes in detail the revised design which has been modified according to various suggestions, and now includes the Aries zodiac symbol, symbolic nerve membrane, a Greek inscription, and hieroglyphic symbols for the word 'brain'.
