Letter from Wilder Penfield to Max Brödel, October 5, 1933.
Date:
1933-10-05
Description:
This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Max Brödel. In the letter Dr. Penfield thanks Dr. Brödel for his response to Penfield's requests and for his drafts of a possible shield for the Montreal Neurological Institute. Dr. Penfield states that, since Dr. Brödel did not have time to make a final version of the shield in time for the construction of the institute, it would not be included on the exterior stonework of the building. However, he also notes that, should Dr. Brödel complete such a shield in the future, it could be incorporated into an institute bookplate. The letter is dated October 5, 1933.
