Typewritten letter from William S. Carter, Associate Director of the Medical Sciences division of the Rockefeller Foundation to Wilder Penfield. Carter writes that it is against the policy of the Rockefeller Foundation to allow the 'Rockefeller' name to be used in connection with a building for which the foundation has donated funds.
