This is a three-page, typewritten letter from Sir Arthur Currie to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Sir Arthur writes that he has reviewed the plans for the proposed Montreal Neurological Institute and that he has some concerns. Currie outlines a number of changes from the original building plan which Penfield had requested, and then discusses various alternative arrangements. Sir Arthur then outlines the institute’s financial arrangements, emphasizing how any increases in the cost of building the institute would need to be paid for entirely by McGill University. The letter is dated August 17, 1932.
