This is a typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to W.R. Chenoweth. In the letter Dr. Penfield writes that elements plans for the Montreal Neurological Institute within the Royal Victoria Hospital proposed by the hospital would need to be changed in order for the institute to function properly. To deal with the situation, Dr. Penfield makes a series of alternate suggestions. The letter is dated August 21, 1931.
